We do not use any third-party analytics tools, advertising pixels, or tracking services on this website. No cookies are used for tracking purposes.

We process your personal data on the basis of Legitimate Interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, to respond to your demo request and to provide you with information about the Ethan AI Voice Agent service.

Ethan is an AI-powered voice agent. During any product demonstration or pilot:

  • Call audio and transcripts may be processed to provide the service
  • Any data processed during demos is handled securely and not shared with unauthorised parties
  • Demo call data is retained only as long as necessary to evaluate and improve the service

Our clients who deploy Ethan for their own business are independently responsible for informing their callers that calls are being recorded or processed by AI, in accordance with applicable local laws.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. If we do not enter into a business relationship, demo request data is deleted within 12 months.
