Clients who deploy Ethan for their business operations are solely responsible for:

• Notifying their callers that calls are being recorded and/or processed by AI, as required by law
• Configuring Ethan accurately to reflect their business policies, pricing, and offerings
• Ensuring that the use of Ethan does not violate the rights of any third party

You agree not to use Ethan or this website for any of the following purposes:

• Engaging in fraud, scams, phishing, or any form of deception
• Harassment, intimidation, or threatening behaviour towards callers or third parties
